Project Description

After providing guidance and leadership to the Board of Education, the Facility Committee investigation, and the advocacy campaign for 15 months, a Bond Election in November 2019 succeeded. Selected as CMAR in a competitive process, we contributed design ideas, reviewed constructability, proposed solutions, and evaluated costs. Windom Elementary received a 9,000 square feet classroom addition, office/ classroom renovations, new roofs, and HVAC. Little River Jr/Sr High School received 44,000 square feet of new classrooms, vocational shops, a secondary gym, locker rooms, weight room, and offices to replace the razed existing education wing. The remaining classrooms were renovated, with new HVAC & roofs throughout. ​
