Project Description

Producing pet foods, treats, and other products, the Owner has grown exponentially, shipping goods across the entire country from this central location.  Having added a 35,000 SF warehouse in 2014, the Owner selected us to add a new 79,000 SF warehouse and dock building.  This dry storage warehouse includes a break / office area, and the entire building is heated and cooled.
