Project Description
In the summer of 2022, we had the privilege of undertaking the renovation project of the House of Capper for the Kansas State Fair. The objective was to revitalize the iconic landmark, one of the oldest structures on the state fairgrounds, which had gracefully stood since its construction in 1913.
Preserving the historical significance and architectural integrity of the House of Capper while ensuring its long-lasting functionality for future generations of fairgoers, posed a unique challenge. We meticulously replaced the old structure with a brand-new one that replicated the original design. Every aspect of the renovation was carefully executed to match the historical significance and charm of the House of Capper, breathing new life into this cherished landmark.
We look forward to witnessing the House of Capper’s beauty captivate fairgoers for generations to come.
