Project Description

This 9,000 SF facility contains a classroom, lockers, and a shop area used to train students in welding, machining, and other metalwork.  As successful bidder, we worked with the Owner and Architect to reduce costs by changing the structure from precast concrete to a PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building), saving over $400,000.00.
